OUR PROJECTS
Where clean air becomes reality.
Real deployments. Measurable results. Communities breathing better.
Incolmotos | Yamaha
2026
GIRARDOTA, ANTIOQUIA, COLOMBIA
Incolmotos Yamaha is the Colombian division of Yamaha, specializing in the sale and distribution of motorcycles, and forming part of the brandʼs legacy of quality and innovation, which also includes musical instruments
EXECUTION
This pilot project is pioneering in Latin America and aims at the complete decarbonization of operations further positioning the plant as a regional benchmark in sustainability and climate change mitigation through the strategic reduction of greenhouse gases (GHG)

Sumicol | Corona
2024
LA UNIÓN, ANTIOQUIA, COLOMBIA
A company within the Corona Group that develops innovative solutions for industry by designing and manufacturing mixtures & materials through the transformation of non metallic minerals, material processing and the fabrication of parts or molds for shaping components across multiple sectors.
EXECUTION
This system is specifically configured for sulfur dioxide (SO₂) capture, ensuring compliance with current environmental regulations while exceeding the companyʼs internal sustainability targets.
Girardota City
2021
GIRARDOTA, ANTIOQUIA, COLOMBIA
Girardota is a municipality in Colombia, located in the Aburrá Valley in the department of Antioquia. It has frequently been identified as one of the municipalities with the poorest air quality in the region, occasionally exceeding the PM2.5 pollutant levels recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).
EXECUTION
Implementation of an Air Treatment Plant. The project began in 2021 with a pilot phase that processed 70 tons of air per day, achieving capture efficiency above 80%. Our system captured particulate matter (PM10 PM2.5), CO₂, and other greenhouse-gas precursor emissions. The project concluded in 2024.

Why Circulus Air?
Why Is Circulus Air Unique? What sets us apart is not only what we do, but how we transform it:
- True Circular Economy: We do not simply filter pollutants; we capture them and convert them into solid raw materials minimizing waste.
- Intelligent Modular Design: Our technology is scalable and adaptable.
- Superior Energy Efficiency: Designed under biomimicry principles, our systems optimize airflow to deliver maximum performance with minimal electrical consumption, drastically reducing operational costs.
- Applied Biomimicry: We use “mechanical alveoli” inspired by the human respiratory system, achieving harmful gas capture levels that conventional systems simply cannot reach.

Modern Applications

Industrial Emissions Control Systems
Circulus Air technology is adapted in capacity and scale to directly receive gases generated by industrial processes.
System design considers:
- Type of fuel used.
- Model and efficiency of furnaces and equipment.
- Pollutant load of the production process.
Gases treated before release, enable companies to:
- Comply with environmental regulations.
- Reduce their carbon footprint and advance real industrial decarbonization processes.
- Prevent pollutants from reaching the atmosphere.

PTAIR Air Treatment Plants | DAC 2.0
The second application corresponds to Air Treatment Plants (PTAIR), based on the Direct Air Capture (DAC) methodology.
As a result, these plants:
- Capture ambient air directly from the atmosphere.
- Are custom-designed according to territorial conditions.
- Are strategically located in urban areas with high pollutant concentrations.
PTAIR systems not only improve air quality, but also:
- Contribute to atmospheric decarbonization.
- Improve environmental and health indicators in communities, municipalities, and regions.
- Support compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):.
